The Youth Leadership Program recognizes achievements of the youth through the Gerry Roxas Leadership Award, the Gerry Roxas Scholarship Grant, and the Search for The Outstanding Young Men of the Philippines.
The Barangay Justice Service System (BJSS) was created to improve access to justice for family and community peace and has evolved into the Barangay Justice for Peace Project (BJPP). At the heart of the project is the mobilization of Barangay Justice Advocates who act as counselors, mediators and advocates for community peace.
GRF established HUBLAG to provide working capital to the productive poor and help develop their entrepreneurial skills. It targets clients who are unable to secure financing from traditional financing institutions.
The Community Health Program provides technical assistance to local government units, health service providers and community-based organizations to strengthen mechanisms that will produce better health outcomes and a more responsive health system in support of the government’s health sector reform program.
Through the Center for Local Governance (CLG), GRF provides customized training programs, coaching and mentoring services for local government units, and other private and non-government institutions for Change Management to improve service delivery and citizen participation in governance.
