The Gerry Roxas Foundation (GRF) serves Philippine and foreign developing communities by helping create access to good governance, justice and peace, and economic opportunities. The core strategy of the Foundation is to develop leaders, build their spirit and capacity for management, service and results. GRF programs aim to help leaders become more effective stewards of visions that benefit people and their communities.

GRF shares its resources and provides access to opportunities to achieve its vision of being "A Nation of Leaders for Change" through its mission to initiate and sustain positive change in communities by developing individuals and organizations into leaders of development management particularly in five key Program areas: Youth Leadership, Justice and Peace, Development Finance, Community Health, and Democracy and Governance.
