GRF Celebrates 58th Anniversary with a Reunion Fun Run

Quezon City - Ready, get set, and run for the nation’s future leaders! One of the oldest foundations in the country, Gerry Roxas Foundation, Inc. (GRF) is gearing up for its 58th Anniversary next year to celebrate its achievement in “Empowering Leaders and Transforming Communities for Nation Building.” With the theme “The Legacy Lives On…”, the celebration started with a reunion Fun Run on June 28, 2015 at the Quezon City Memorial Circle.

The activity was a huge success with more than 2,000 of Gerry Roxas Leadership Awardees (GRLAs), GRF partners and friends, colleagues from Araneta Center, Inc., Philippine Pizza, Inc., and Uniprom Inc. joined for the benefit of the Gerry Roxas scholars.

DSWD Secretary Dinky Soliman, GRF President Judy A. Roxas, GRF ED Monette Parado, Laguna Vice Governor Karen Agapay, former DENR Undersecretary Jose Ferrer and MARINA Deputy Administrator Nick Conti led the runners. The GRLAs also actively participated in the Zumba dance exercise.
