Does GRF-HUBLAG allow restructuring of fund advance term?
A request for restructuring by clients is granted if after validation, the cause of delinquency is found to be justifiable or acceptable such as: force majeure, illness/death in the family, temporary setbacks of a business which has sound fundamentals. It is denied when delinquency arises due to client’s incompetence, mismanagement and misappropriation of revenues that should have gone to return the fund advance. Restructuring is also not extended to clients who exhibit hostile behavior during regular monitoring, supervision and collection efforts by HUBLAG’s field staff.
