How does GRF-HUBLAG measure collection efficiency?
Hublag measures collection efficiency per month by accounting for all actual payments received from current (whether due or not yet due), past due and delinquent accounts for the month; such received payments are divided by the sum of advanced payments and all expected payments or amortizations due, past-due including the entire balance of delinquent accounts. For the purpose of conservatism and in compliance with international standards, HUBLAG’s reported periodic collection rate is based on a running 12 months average.
