What is HUBLAG’s measure of portfolio quality?
As an acid test of portfolio quality, HUBLAG monitors Portfolio-At-Risk or PAR, by adding up the entire value of outstanding balances of accounts with arrears including delinquent accounts and dividing the sum by the gross value of Fund Advance or portfolio, including Loan Loss Reserve, at the end of the same report period. Although HUBLAG’s amortization schedules vary from one week to as long as six months, PAR is based on all arrearages beyond one week after scheduled amortization date, regardless of whether the approved frequency of amortization is one week or less frequently.
