This web site, together with its contents including but not limited to any text, photos, graphics, images, logos, data compilations, audio and video (collectively, “Materials”), is provided by the Gerry Roxas Foundation (GRF) or its content suppliers, and shall be used for non-commercial, educational or personal use only. 

You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any portion of this site or any Materials without express written consent of the GRF. 

You may create a hyperlink to this site so long as the link does not portray the GRF, its directors and officers, partners and affiliates, or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner.  You may not use any GRF logo or other Materials as part of the link without express written consent of the GRF or as provided herein. 

Any use of the “Gerry Roxas Foundation” (GRF) or Materials contained in this web site in any manner to express or imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation or association of the user with or by the GRF, is strictly prohibited. 

The limited license contained herein may be revoked by the GRF at any time without prior notice. 

If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to use this site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from the GRF electronically.  The GRF will communicate with you by e-mail transmission or by posting to this site.

Privacy Policy

The GRF respects the privacy of every individual who visits our site.  This Privacy Policy sets out the information GRF may collect and how we may use this information. 

By accessing, browsing or using the site or providing us with your personal information (personally identifiable information including, without limitation, your name, address, telephone/mobile number, and e-mail address) you signify that you agree to the terms of our current Privacy Policy as posted on this site. 

The GRF collects personal information, voluntarily submitted by visitors to the site, which enables us to respond to requests for publications/information and employment inquiries, allow visitors to register as GRF Program community members, participate in GRF Program activities, or e-mail news services, etc.  We may also collect aggregate anonymous information to help us tailor the site to visitor interests and concerns. 

Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the GRF Privacy Policy, any material, information or feedback you transmit or post to this site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.  GRF assumes no obligations with respect to such information and the use thereof.  You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or other material that would violate any law.  The GRF reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.  

The GRF strives to protect the transmission of any information visitors submit but no transmission of data is completely secure, so submissions are at the visitors’ risk. 

The GRF shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages resulting from use of information collected from visitors to the site. 

The GRF may change this privacy policy to reflect changes in the way we collect visitor information. 

Registration for User Account, password and security

If you are qualified to join any of the GRF Program-related communities you must register a user name and password.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under you password or account.

In consideration of your registration, you agree to:  a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Registration Form and b) maintain and promptly update the Registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.  If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the GRF has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate not current or incomplete, the GRF has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the web site (or any portion thereof).

Limitation of Liability

The GRF is not liable or responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on this site.  We assume no liability or responsibility for any damages or loss of data arising from a visitor’s use of, or inability to use, or errors or omissions in the contents or functions of this site, even if GRF or an authorized representative thereof has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Links to other web sites

The GRF is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of any other sites that are linked to this site.  A link to a non-GRF web site does not mean that GRF endorses, recommends, represents, or accepts any responsibility for the content or use of such web site.

This web site is the property of the GRF and made available only by permission and is protected by intellectual property laws, international treaty provisions and other laws.  No user of this site shall copy, use, reproduce, modify, lease, transmit, loan, distribute, display, or in any way exploit copyrighted or proprietary materials available on the site or the software or code used in connection with the site, except as expressly permitted by the respective owner thereof.
