• Design, Facilitation and Documentation of the Capiz Health Development  Workshop and Replication Manuals for the DOH and World Bank

• Designed and conducted training courses such as Participatory Strategic Organizational Assessment for LGUs, Participatory Visioning and Strategic Planning, Comprehensive Land Use Planning, Barangay Planning and Budgeting, Health Planning and Budgeting, among others
