Today, HUBLAG microcapital operations are a far cry from its simple beginnings. HUBLAG now has 13 branches which offer five service windows to serve the capital needs of a wider range of clients. Thus far, HUBLAG has served 20,078 clients, with 3,590 current clients. Area of coverage is already 44 cities and municipalities, 400 barangays. Average initial fund assistance size has grown from Php500 in 1987 to Php16,558. HUBLAG has been financially self-sufficient since 1999 which means that it has been generating revenues sufficient to cover all its real and market-based costs. Revenues of 2006 grew by an annual average of 7%.
