The Outstanding Young Men of the Philippines
Every year, the Philippine Jaycees chooses ten Filipinos as The Outstanding Young Men (and Women) of the Philippines. GRF has been a partner of the TOYM annual search since 1975. The search looks for Filipinos under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves in their chosen field and in the service of their community. The recognition awards now read like a “who’s who” of outstanding Filipinos such as Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino and former President Joseph E. Estrada among others.
