What we do.
GRF recognizes and enables leadership among youth and young professionals for nation-building.
The Gerry Roxas Leadership Awards Program started in 1967. GRF empowers and engages Gerry Roxas Leadership Awardees (GRLAs) for community transformation and nation-building through scholarships, formation, mentoring and internship.
GRF also develops the leadership and management capacity of GRLA partner school principals for effective school management.
To ensure that awardees get connected and as a peer support group after high school graduation, GRF is supporting the GRLA Students Society. This is an organization of awardees currently enrolled in college and are tapped to support program activities nationwide. GRF also engages GRLA Alumni who are active in community service.
The GRF in partnership with the Philippine Jaycees since 1975, supports the annual search for The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Philippines.
A major partner of the program is the J. Amado Araneta Foundation.
